Just picked up the keys to our new home with Citrus Lettings, and I honestly cannot thank Jane enough. Jane couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful or welcoming. From day one, she’s been so supportive - always going above and beyond to make things easier for us. Her customer service has been absolutely phenomenal. Any issues that came up, she tackled it quickly, calmly and always offered solutions whilst staying in constant contact via email, phone calls and messages. If you go with Citrus Lettings, you’ll feel like you’re dealing with an old friend. Nothing ever felt too much trouble, and that kind of peace of mind is priceless. Also need to thank Jenny for getting an inventory done so quickly over the weekend, allowing us to move in when we did

Jane was highly professional and personable. I was moving from London to a rural location, and looking for the ideal property to rent for myself and my gorgeous dog (Vladimir). Having lived in my current property for over 23yrs, it had been a long time since I was last searching to rent a property, and wow, how the landscape had changed! Everything now online and Jane even facilitated my viewing by FaceTime! From the moment I said "yes" Jane went out of her way to get checks completed ASAP, broker details with the landlord and reassure me that my dog was welcome! She was very responsive to messages and WhatsApp's (even at the weekend) and I would definitely recommend her and the services of Citrus Sales & Lettings
